PLExyz Grid

Know what is in your warehouse, and where it should go.

PLExyz Grid draws a facility as it really is, from zones down to buildings, sections and spaces, with live occupancy. It tracks cargo, bookings and movements, and ranks where the next load should go. It is the mapping side of PLExyz’s spatial technology, from AntaraX, and free for one facility.

“What is where, and where should the next load go?”

  • The list says one bay, but the cargo sits in another, and someone walks the aisles while the truck waits at the dock.
  • New bookings go wherever there seems to be a gap, so good space fills with the wrong cargo and every retrieval takes longer.
  • A whiteboard or spreadsheet yard plan is only as current as the last person who updated it.

How PLExyz Grid works

Facility, zones, spaces, then the next load.

Your site, on its own layout

Add your facility and draw it as it really is: zones down to buildings, sections and spaces, with map, table and elevation views. Most rollouts start with one zone, and no new sensors are needed to begin.

Cargo, bookings and movements

Cargo records with hazardous-goods classes, bookings, movement plans, a calendar and measurement rounds on the floor. When a booking comes in, PLExyz Grid ranks the free spaces by fit and retrieval distance; you see the top three and why, then a person approves.

What is where, and where the next load goes PLExyz Grid maps a facility on the site's own layout, from zones down to buildings, sections and spaces, with live occupancy, and tracks cargo, bookings and movements. For the next load it ranks candidate spaces by fit and retrieval distance, and the load goes to the space ranked 1. The layout and the bars are illustrative.
