Privacy notice, version 1.1 (AX Frame, Angka, Tinara)

• The section on AI no longer promises that data is never used to train models. It now says each model provider processes requests under its API terms, linked in the subprocessor list. The promise will return only once those terms are confirmed for our accounts.

Version 1.0, first shared release (all AntaraX product documents)

Applies to AX Frame, Angka and Tinara: privacy notice, terms of service, data processing addendum, subprocessor list, refund policy and acceptable use policy, all at version 1.0.

• The documents are now written once and filled in for each product from shared company and subprocessor records.
• Refunds: no refunds at the moment, for any product.
• Contact for every AntaraX product is the support address shown on its pages.

REKA website privacy notice, version 1.1

• Supersedes version 1.0 of 5 October 2026, which was published on reka.re.
• Adds the company's registration number, registered address and telephone number to the notice.
• The rest of the text is carried over unchanged, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
