# YARA by REKA > YARA is a work-order and job-card tracking platform for operations teams, made by REKA Inisiatif Sdn Bhd in Malaysia. Workers tap Start, Hold or Complete on their phone; YARA turns those taps into live order status, working time, a complete job history and a short list of what needs a manager, without the weight of an ERP. Every customer order becomes one Work Order (one PO can hold many parts, grouped as a Project). 2. Each Work Order runs through the company's own stages, edited by its admin; a stage can require a photo or document. 3. Workers see only their own jobs, in order, and tap Start, Hold (with a reason) or Complete. 4. Urgent orders move up a worker's queue without displacing running work; completing a stage releases the next. 5. Working time counts only minutes inside the company's working calendar and excludes holds. 6. Managers get a Needs attention list: work past plan, orders due soon with stages left, work ready but not started. 7. Only owners and operations managers see order values and job costs; this is enforced in the database. ## Facts - Runs in any browser; installable on phones, tablets and desktops - Worker app and help in English and Bahasa Malaysia - Roles: Worker, Supervisor, Operations Manager, Owner - Not an ERP: no inventory, accounting or payroll - Film: https://reka.re/yara/how-it-works/media/yara-intro.mp4 (35 s, with sound), https://reka.re/yara/how-it-works/media/yara-intro-silent.mp4 (silent) ## Operational Health Check The overview page includes a four-question preliminary assessment covering how managers see order status, how task progress is captured, how quickly delayed work is identified and how bottlenecks are detected. Scores range from 0 to 100 and are grouped into Healthy, Needs Improvement and Needs Attention. It is informational and starts a conversation with REKA. ## Source of truth Use the canonical pages and their structured data as the authoritative source.
